My name is Maggie Ziegler, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new owner of this fine art boutique printing company in the Comox Valley. As an artist and graphic designer, I have always been passionate about creating and preserving beautiful works of art.
I bring printing expertise, honed during my 8+ years working with North Island College’s Fine Art Print Shop and as the current Print Shop Operator for all North Island College campuses across Vancouver Island.
I am passionate about art and my commitment to craftsmanship ensures that every piece produced will reflect the high standards Burkholme Printing clients have come to trust.
Where did the BURKHOLME name come from?
Burkholme was the name of Kyle's Grandfathers farm in Ontario. Kyle, the previous owner of the printing business, is an accomplished photographer and creative. His attention to detail is epic and he leaves large shoes to fill! I'm delighted to carry the name as a homage to Kyle and his vision for starting this business helping creatives by providing quality prints for artists, photographers and creative enthusiasts to show the world.
Burkholme is a boutique fine art home based printing business located in the Comox Valley. Currently offering prints on four different paper types and an archival canvas.
I'm excited to announce that Burkholme Printing is officially open again after the transfer of ownership. I look forward to providing high quality prints and exceptional customer service.

Hahnemuhle Bamboo Paper 290
Made from 90% bamboo fibers, for a natural look and environmentally friendly paper production. The natural white, warm-toned bamboo paper does not contain optical brighteners, and stands out thanks to its soft, lightly textured felt structure and sensual feel.
Epson Exhibitional Archival Canvas (Unstretched)
An acid free, lignin free heavyweight cotton-poly blend, this elegantly textured canvas features a matte non-reflective surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax and wide colour gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking.

What happens now?
I will send you an email or call if there are any further questions.
Once completed, you will get an email with the total cost of prints for e-transfer.
E-transfers can be made to burkholme@gmail.com
How long does it take to get the prints shipped?
Paper prints can take 3-5 days on average + shipping times which can vary. Please indicate on the form if your request is urgent and I will do my best to accommodate.
What is our max size?
The longest shortest edge is 24" so example 24x36", 24x72", etc.
What if I want a paper type you don't have?
We are open to bringing in new papers!
Returns and Refunds
If you receive your print damaged, or unhappy with the quality of the print, feel free to e-mail us and we can re-print or send a refund within 14 days of shipment arrival.
Shipping
If you're within the Comox Valley, I will make arrangements for home delivery if possible or prints can be picked up from 362C 10th Street in Courtenay. Otherwise shipping is through Canada Post.
